The Hot Slaps Of Hon. Joan Mrakpor, Fact or Fiction?

It is very difficult to separate public figures from their private life, so, the little things they do are often subject to public scrutiny. It will be recalled that rumours hit the social media about how Hon. Ned Nwoko cannot speak his native language, and how Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi popularly known as "Oracle" practices idolatry simply because he appeared in a photograph dressed in native war attire during his father's funeral.

However, the most notorious of these ugly rumour is the stories surrounding the so called  "dirty slaps of Mrakpor". So, we decided to look into the matter.

When Arise Africa confronted the lawmaker with this accusation she responded thus:
I challenge you to name anyone I have ever slapped.
Despite her phenomenal achievements as a lawmaker, the Ubulu-Uku born Honourable member representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency of Delta State, Hon. (Evang.) Mrs. Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpor has that conundrum surrounding her personality.

Hon. Joan Onyemaechi Mrakpor
In a recent Facebook comment, one of her constituents Mr. Eboka Chukwuemeka referred to the slap when he wrote.

"We certainly don't hate her but while we appreciate her attempts so far,  and whereas no one wants to insult or be insulted, the honourable Mrs. Mrakpor has been in the eye of the storm lately on many issues: The slapping syndromes..."

In another comment, another of her kinsman Mr. Utomi Joseph commented.

"We are tired of receiving dirty slaps".

Despite her reputation of occasional busts of anger as is the nature humans when oppressed or maligned she denied ever engaging in any physical assault.

So, we dare you as she dared us to come out boldly to name anyone who has been a recipient of the infamous "dirty slaps of Mrakpor".
