Joyous Jubilation As Jonathan Celebrates Birthday.

The people of Ubulu-Uku in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State wish to join the rest of the world in celebrating one of her illustrious sons.

Sir Jonathan Chiedu Monye (JP) was born on 13th of Nov. 1971, to the family of Elder Jasper Nwachukwu Monye of Umu-Ojukobi lineage in Ubulu-Uku kingdom.

He began his education at Trans Ekulo Primary school, Enugu.
Then, he proceeded to attend secondary school  at St. Anthony’s College Ubulu-Uku, Delta State, graduating with the class of 1990 as one of the best students in the set.

In 1993 he secured admission into the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu, where he obtained HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration and Management in 1998.

He would later obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper Division) in Government and Public Administration, from Imo State University (I SU) between 2001-2004.

He immediately followed up and bagged an MBA Award in Marketing from thesame Institution in 2005.

Being a person given to academic exploits, he enrolled for his Masters in Public Administration at  Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka in 2008 and finished in 2009 as the best graduating Post Graduate Degree student in that prestigious Institution.

Sir Monye is presently concluding studies for his Doctorate in Public Administration.
He has also bagged a Degree in law and will soon be called to Bar.

In recognition his exploits both in the academic and corporate world, he has earned several local and international Awards of Excellence from over three nations of the world, and various other awards by groups and Institutions.

Sir Monye is a prolific writer, a Poet, Novelist and Motivational Writer/Speaker.
Some of the titles authored by him include;
1. Success Landmine-Getting and Staying on The Track of Prosperity (2005)
2. ABC to Mega Success- Simple Points to Making Wealth (2000)
3. The Hideous Gender (co-author)
4. Ubulu-Uku Traditional Greetings And Some Core Values (Co-Author)

In 2007, he was drafted into the Executive Security Management Committee by the Inspector General of Police and it was the ingenious activities of his team that ensured the cessation of the draconic macabre death rhythm that bedeviled the dreaded Bakassi Boys in Anambra State.
This height of security exposure and several high level trainings in Cyprus and the Uk added credence to his award of Justice of Peace (JP).
He has remained a pillar of support to positive endeavors of the society, especially Ubulu-Uku.
He was the president of Federated Union of Ubulu-Uku Students (FUUS), which constructed the Bus stop at the Eke Market Junction of Ubulu-Uku. He has also led Ubulu-Uku Development Union (UDU), Asaba chapter.
Sir Monye is philanthropist, an epitome of hard work, grace, humility and excellence.
He has utilized his routine motivational leadership programs to champion the course of the youths.
Either by directly rendering assistance or referrals, he has provided employment for countless Ubulu-Uku youths.
He is married to Lady Phil Ginika Monye and their union is blessed with four children.

Sir Monye is one of the most successful Agriprenurs in Delta State with a poultry farm in his hometown that produces thousands of eggs/day, thereby providing food security and employment to youths in his hometown.
